I game online from time to time, BF2, and servers that were once nice and smooth are now lagging up on me. Is there some way to test my connection and possibly find out if my bandwidth is being used up by something I'm not aware of? Is there something that could make my cable faster? I have a 4.0mbit connection.

Is it only in BF2? Cause theres some issues going on right now with it involving memory leaks in the servers...theres supposed to be a patch in the works to help solve the problems.

you cant make your cable faster unless you buy faster and EVEN then - you can not control the "speed" of your cable once you get outside your ISP

the Internet "traffic" is what affects your connections and there is not a darn thing you can do about it.
