Getting extremely low sandra cache score

I just installed my 2.4C into a brand spankin' new Abit IC7-G and finally got everything working after several large setbacks. Anyway, I ran Sandra a few days ago, and everything was normal until I did the cache and memory benchmark..... my cpu wasn't even beating a 2.4B!!!

I'm at a loss of why this is occuring, so I'm at your mercy. Here's a screenshot of my memory bandwidth (which also took a dive considering I'm running OCZ PC4000 at 270mhz in dual channel)

Also, my 3DMark scores dropped from 6000 and 21000 (03 and 01) to 5300 and 13,500. My Aquamark score dropped from 54,000 to 37,000....
