Good deal for Tutle Beach and Altec Lansing?

A 5.1 Altec Lansing set and a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz for 99 dollars. I was considering going with a Hercules sound card and the Logitech 560, but this is about half the cost. Any experience with these?

Well, the TB is a good card. Same Crystal chipset as the Game Theater XP I believe. Those speakers suck though. I listened to them in the store today. No highs at all. Unless you've got crappy hearing, you won't be happy with them. Go into the store and listen to them compared with the Logitechs.
