Why can computers not run games like consols? why do we have to install games etc? yea im stupid

Not all computers have the exact same hardware, so they have to make games compatible with all. With a console, all games will be running on the same hardware so they can optomise it for that particular stuff, allowing it to run much faster. Also, all console games run at either 640/480 or 320/240, so its not exactly pretty.

Not all pc's have dvd drives, it would cut out a lot of their market.

Installing games is a feature. Do you really want to have to go get the CD ROM and insert it and restart your machine everytime you want to play a different game?

restart no, but just inserting a cd wouldn't be too bad...
