Hi guys,

Recently my boss come to me (I am an apprentice) and asked me to purchase him a new laptop for pitching to clients.

I had a little look round like you do, spent some time doing research and come across this -

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=251199195408&clk_rvr_id=427518004402

So i ummmed and arrrred about it for a few hours and purchased it, I was just wondering what your thoughts are? and if it seems I have bought a poor laptop for the price I can return it.

All my boss does is internet browsing and presentations, but hes one of these blokes that have no clue about PC's and wants a new one every year because his becomes "slow", so any input would be great.

Cheers

Looks alright to me Mr Oxford, yeah just fine for what your boss wants to use it for! But to help him and stop it slowing down maybe you could use these to help? Try to get him or you to use Ccleaner and Defrag that will help to maintain the speed. Here are the links to look at, get him to use the Ccleaner everyday. ;)

I have been using these on my own laptop for 3 years helps to keep it quick as when it was new! By the way they both work on Win 8.

Cheers Ajay, Just what he needs!, something easy to operate on a monthly basis.

I think i will put Windows 7 on his machine and hook the Windows 8 key, to avoid any further issue opperating the new OS. Lets just hope I get his old laptop!

Thanks

Just make sure he does the cleaning and defrag and then you may get a early Xmas box. lol. So on that note Merry Xmas from me to you and your Family in Oxford. AJ. :santa:
