help with modded p3 700 on 810/ ram issues

I did the pin mod over at Tom's:

I did all the mods, incl the resistors.

I have gotten my p3 700 stable at 700 on this ppga 810 board. It isn't stable at 933 though. That isn't my problem.

For some reason, I get bootup BSODs with anything more than 128MB. I have tried 2 sticks of 128, 1 stick of 256, and a 128/64 combo. I have juggled slots ad nauseum.
The 128 sticks both work individually, so they are compatible with the board.

I guess I could switch back to my Celly 366/550 to use more RAM but I was hoping someone could figure this out.

And yes I tried with the slowest timings available in the bios.
