How Long Do I Run Toast?

I just downloaded Toast to see how hot my chip gets under full load but i dont know how long am i supposed to run it for? Also should it be run under normal/high priority?

Normal priority will slow down your computer and cause it to be close enough to max load.

15 minutes to half an hour should have you within 1c of your max temp. I always add 1c for good measure.

Mine usually says somewhere between 1500-2000 CPU CLOCKS...on occasion it will drop to 1000-1100...

It was in the 1000's at first, then it started to stay around 8.

I never noticed that before, but you're right, it does drop over time... 8 clocks is still good, though
