Is heat the only problem with overclocking?

I was just wondering what other factors come into play when overclocking a processor? I'm assuming that there's something else, other than heat that limits overclocking, but don't know what it is. Some insight into this would be handy.

The two biggest ones are Vcore, and the ability of your ram to handle high FSB's. Also, your PCI cards can hold you back if they can't handle a high PCI bus. It realy depends on which way you go about OCing, if you just use a mult, then the Vcore will be you next biggest prob after heat. If you use FSB, then you get into things like PCI bus speed probs and your ram crapping out on you. Of the two, the FSB method will get you better results as far as performance goes, but it's alot more tricky to get stable.
