Looking for a new HDTV

I'm looking to replace my old 36 inch tv not sure what type it is, but it's 8 years old and just a regular old tv.

I saw this tv at sears, so I checked for it online.

$400 + a $50 wall mount will fall within my $500 budget.

I mainly just download anything I want to watch and pipe it to the tv. I have my computer speakers on/near the tv and use headphones for gaming etc.

Is this tv a good deal? Any better deals elsewhere? Anything that's ****ty about it that I should know?

Only thing bad I can think about it is, if something breaks and very hard to get it repaired. A few months ago on the local news they show 10 tvs that if something goes wrong and very hard to get it repaired and Vizio was one of the brands they listed. Other then that if you like how the PQ looks and it's in your budget go for it.
