Probably not. It's just reading the recommended settings programmed into the RAM, not what the RAM's actually set at. You can verify in Windows with something like CPU-Z to make sure you're getting the timings you want.

I've seen the same thing as well, if you are using a sandy bridge setup memtest is pretty buggy reading the settings with it.
