Need a card to hook up to the TV

My friend needs one that can do that, but all she really does is simple photography editting. No gaming or big 3d stuff etc. What should I look into?

Get a Radeon 7500 All-in-Wonder if your freind needs a new graphics card or an add-in TV-tuner (like the Leadtek WinFast TV2000).
