Need opinions on A/C chiller

Similar question on another thread, mount the window shaker in a window as normal to cool a small room or wall off an area for the PC and AC. Set up a normal water chill rig but change out the res-tank for a large volume tank. Run the output through a tripple rad 120x360 then back to the tank. Mount the rad in the airflow of the unit. 5000BTUs is enough to chill the water and keep a small area 10x10 or less cool. This is why I say walled off to reduce the area being cooled but invest it in the water. The large water tank will stabilize the temps and allow the AC to cycle.
