drop x48 your not running CF and you can get the same ocs with P35, otherwise i would suggest going NV750I ftw from evga...

i would change the psu to a corsair 750tx unit or to a SS unit. would check out www.jonnyguru.com for what psu's to get in the 750-1kw range.
