NF7-M and AN7 compatibility with Zalman CNPS7000A-AlCu?

I'm going to buy two new motherboards soon, one for my gaming rig (the AN7) and another for a new computer for my parents office (the NF7-M). I've read the Zalman CNPS7000A-AlCu compatibility info for socket A and things seem alright. I read the mobo compatibility list as well but it is for Intel chips it seems. Yet it braught up a continuing point of concern.

Does anyone know for sure whether the Zalman CNPS7000A-AlCu will or will not fit properly to either a NF7-M or AN7?

Good news everyone, they are not compatible. I finaly found the actual compatibility list for the heat sink in question.
