Does anyone know where to purchase a "NoiseControl Silverado" HSF?

They are located in germany and the only site that carries them is their site. I forget the actual address but if you go to tomshardware's community forums you should find a post from their representive who also posted the link. Hope that helps. I was seriously thinking about getting that but it was out of my budget ($65).
