OK. I've got to ask about EOC at 3PM everyday.

What gives with the 3 PM update every day? When I get a 0 point update, I freak but when I see a 0 point update for the team, I know its not me. Is this a Stanford thing or an EOC thing? Does anyone know off the top of their head?
