overclockable mobo`s on a budget.....(read:cheap)

Hi everyone. here is my delimma. I have a duron 650 on a DFI AK-74 mobo( no multipliers) The shop where I bought this from has offered to trade my DFI + $25 for a FIC AZ-11E. Is this a decent deal? are there other boards that I should consider that have multiplier adjustments? Dont get too fancy on me, Im trying to do this as cheap as possible! Thanx
