Phenom overclocking

Is there a trick to overclocking a phenom. I am using a non AM2+ board and it will boot and run fine with a phenom, but it won't overclock any. I know it is either my motherboard or a setting in my bios becase I know the B3's can overclock at least a little, I have a TF560 for what it's worth

Is there a new BIOS out for your board supporting the Phenom? If there is getting it may help. Other than that, thats all the help I can give until I get to play with one myself
