Possible to force refresh rate in Vista?

These drivers kinda suck (158.18) The options are like NIL. And without Coolbits, you can't enable them all.

Anyone know of a way to force refreshrates at certain resolutions?

60hz @ 1024x768 makes my eyes bleed

(Using CRT in case anyone is curious)

Anyone have advice? I installed FarCry to finally play through the single player and my eyes are now killing me after only playing for 20 minutes.

I just need to figure out how to force the refresh rate to at least 85hz @ 1024x768
