Yeah i dont know what the hell i'm supposed to do here.. It would be nice if they would write up a bios that would let ya play with the 1/3 1/4 divider for the PCI buss like the ABIT boards did... I mean i'm trying my damnist the last week to get this thing stable at 1400 and its not happening at all even though my computer will post all the way up to 1490 at 9.5 volts..I know forsure its the dividers doing me in. I checked on Sandra and it showed that my PCI was running at over 49 Mhz... I'd like to know how i'm supposed to combat that ****.. Hell at even a FSB of 133 and a mulitiplier of 10X i was at 47 i believe.. **** i had to set it all back to normal (Default) just to get the PCI buss lowered down to 33 Mhz...

Man i think i bought the wrong damn M/B just like i bought the wrong H/S...
heh i got the ThermoEngine (Black version) with the bad *** all mighty 7200 RPM delta Screamer.. Yeah i knew that it wasnt the best but i couldnt find a place to buy the best at the time.. but i cant complain about the heat though.. I can get it down to 93 Degrees and max 107 under extreme pull..How? Well maybe 1 day i will show ya all my SUPER DUPER MODIFIED CASE OVERCLOCKER SPECIAL!!! HEHEHE WHOOO HOOO!!... Yeah baby.... hint... Its a modified HUGE air cleaner!!....Major air pull at super high speed!...

Man I can't get my processor to go over 7 volts :)
sorry could not resist.
What processor are you using?
keep me posted I am putting one together this weekend.
I thought the pci multiplier was supposed to be auto.
up to 133 is 1/3 and if your go over it was supposed to drop to 1/4 ?

might ask Yo he has a lot of experience with this

when you set the jumper on the mainboard to 133 bus the pci speed is reduced to 1/4 the system bus. when the jumper is set to 100 bus the pci speed is 1/3 the system bus. this is why there is a jumper there and not just 100-200 in the bios for fsb adjustments. :) I can run my cpu on the kk266-r at 170 fsb and i have a nic and soundblaster live installed. Sisoft sandra shows my pci bus at 57 mhz so Sisoft sandra IS WRONG :) As for 3com nics, I have one in my other pc that I tried to use in this system and it freaked on me at over 165 mhz or so. Try pulling all your cards out of the system except for the video card and see if you can clock higher. If you can post at 1490 you should be able to run near 1400 - 1450. Sounds like a possible cooling problem as the processor is posting but overheating before it boots. Good luck

That cant be right.... Sandra is telling me that my PCI is at 1/3 right now at 133 FSB...Right now the PCI is at 44Mhz....

Sandra is wrong bro. There isn't a soundblaster live in the world that will work at 57mhz :)
