Radeon 7500 AIW... 1.5v?

'lo all,
Was wondering if this card will be anygood under 1.5v for p4's? .. I searched all over ATI's website, came up with their AGP chart, the only thing I see is (this card run on both 3.3v and 1.5v) .. what the hell? lol .. does that mean it's auto to switch depending on what board you're usin' ? .. need some inputs here pls

The old spec AGP2X use 3.3V if I'm correct, AGP2.0(AGP4X) takes 1.5V. I guess this means you can use either AGP2X or AGP4X, if your mobo support it.
