Recently I noticed when leaving my screen saver on my gpu rises from 27c idle to 40c.I could not figure out why until I changed my screensaver to blank vs other settings.Just FYI to anyone that might wonder why there idle temp are higher than normal.I monitor gpu temps in task bar,or I probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise.

It forced me to give my video card a good cleaning before I figured this out.At least I solved one problem, and prevented another. :p

This is normal... yep. Most SSavers put your GPU in to 3D mode with a slight load on it...This is normal and not a problem. :)
