I ordered their full tower case CK01F ($39) on Saturday. As I write this on Monday, I have to say that they are a good company to deal with.
They called me this morning to ask if I knew that I was buying a case with no power supply. When I confirmed that I knew this (the PSU is coming from minotaur.com), They then told me that they were also going to upgrade my shipping for free. I had paid for three day shipping and they gave me overnight shipping. My case should arrive tommorow.
