I use to have a PIII 450. Unfortunately, the motherboard I had did not have a voltage adjustment. I could run 580 MHz (129 FSB) at about 90% stable and 558 MHz (124 FSB) at about 99% stable. I used this chip in a Folding rig for about 3 months before I upgraded.

And dont look at the highest results just go by the average overclocked speed and that will give you a good idea
