Speedstep/Turbo Question

you could go down to 191 and turn speedstep/turbo on and see if it's still stable. otherwise w/ turbo on, it'd go 4.2ghz+

I see, and just one more question (sorry).
When I have C1E disabled, Prime95 is no problem, but once I have enabled it, Prime 95 craps out instantly. Should I do my stability testing with C1E off and then turn it on after or just leave it off full stop? I mean, it's pretty nice, my vCore goes from 1.36 at load to 0.992 at idle.
