who is using stardock theme changers

i have downloaded a free version what are your opinions of it the themes arnt the best!

i haven't used it on xp(i use TGTsofts StyleXP), but i did use it on win98 and it was slow, used alot of ram, but this was an older version and they made newer version since i used it so they could of made it faster.
