I need thermal adhesive for attaching a new heatsink to my video card, at Collerguys.com they have Arctic Alumina listed and then below an arctic thermal adhesive, I thoguht that Alumina is adhesive, which one shoudl i get?

in a nutshell u can buy arctic alumina thermal compound. you can also buy the thermal adhesive version of it called actic alumina thermal adhesive

similarly there is also arctic silver thermal adhesive

alumina thermal adhesive is non conductive, but slightly high temps.

arctic silver thermal compound is slightly conductive, but lower temps.
