He meant out of a specific forum, and not the whole board. But by locking it, all but moderators and administrators can post in it.

I still think this is much better. There will always be misposts however we no longer have a "catch all" location where everyone is posting specific AMD or Intel threads in the same spot.

I don't see how people are so blind/stupid as to STILL post in the wrong section. It makes my head hurt thinking about it.

It's better now; the occasional mispost still happens.
