For the sake of google searches. UNRAID 6.9.2
Problem: UNRAID server dies. MB stops working. No ability to turn off VM or containers from auto starting.
Effect: Buy new hardware and install all drives from the old machine. UNRAID does not communicate. When booting into UNRAID on the local server, you get the error Unable to locate localhost.
Solution: Shut the server down. Take your UNRAID USB drive to another machine. Browse into the USB drive. Open the configuration folder. Rename or delete the network.cfg file. Install the USB back into your new UNRAID server and boot up. Should work fine.
