got an ol Foxconn Blackops X48 mobo that i put a Xeon 3.0ghz X3770 LGA771 cpu in using the pin swap sticker. i never needed the microcode as the computer runs great OC to 3.6ghz. but i believe its causing an issue when installnig Windows 10 due to the microcode, at least i hear ofo thers having an issue cause of it. i need help updating the microcode.

Foxconns website is completly useless so i cant get the BIOS file. after a ton of searching i found it and its in a BIN file. i tried to rename it to a ROM for MMTool but it would not open. changed it to a ZIP file and it had another BIN file inside. tried changing that to ROM and still wont open and would not open at a ZIP either. any help? also im not sure what program is used to apply the bios.
