VIVO with Ti4600?

I bought the Ti4600 a few months back, and at the time it didn't have any goodies with it(you had to send in a registration card to get your software, cables, and free T-shirt).

Anyway one of the things they sent me was a VIVO cable, and I was just wondering what purposes this would be used for? I'm guessing it can be handy for people who do video editing, which I don't do. What other uses would this have, I hate to see a feature on this card go unused

it is for multi-monitor like the pc connected to tv and the monitor

The included card mentions camcorders, VCR's, and some other multimedia equipment, does that mean if I have a camcorder with a S-Video connection I could run it through the "In" and run the video on my monitor?
