What should i upgrade to ??

hello respected members,
I am new around here. (please dont rip me off if i posted this in wrong place)

I am a regular gamer and have interest to learn Game development and 3D rendering.

i am willing to upgrade my PC.
Here is my current rig:
M/B: Gigabyte 880GM-USB3 (rev 3.1)
CPU: AMD FX-4100 @ 3.6 Ghz
CPU cooler: Crosair H60
Ram: G.SKILLS Ripjaws 4GBx2 1600 Bus
GPU: Sapphire 7850
Storage: 128 GB crucial m4, 2TB & 250GB hitachi 7200 RPM SATA
Case: Thermaltake spedo

Ok now that you all saw my config, lets begin. I also have CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB kit. (4x4 CL9 1600Bus)


my question is, Should Go for
Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 with FX-8150

Or Intel i7 3770k with asrock extreme-6


my budget is 30-32k BDT which is suitable for 1st combo. but it will cost me around 50K BDT for me to go for that i7... 18k more then my budget. but i can manage the money. but dont know will it be worth it to go for it...
i really need expert advice.

Intel, and you dont need a 3770K, a 3570k is well enough for gaming. ( and cost 100$ less ). OCed to ~4-4.5ghz youll be able to game and do your debut in 3d rendering without any issue.

As for the motherboard, i alwais been a huge Asus fan on this side. An Asus P8Z77 ( normal or PRO ) could be a very good base.

i5 3570k is not available at here yet.. :'(

i have a choice between 3450,3770,3820,3770k

A 3820 on a X79 board can sometime cost less than a 3770k and a good z77 board. I dont know for the price where you live bot its currious that your dont have the 3570k ?

well our computer market is trying to do some business... thats why they are not importing 3570k. coz everyone will buy it for 22k where the can sell 3770k at 32k (100 USD=8k BDT)

A 3470 is fine for gaming, you just can't overclock.

Do you have the new AMD CPUs there? FX-8320.
