What to do from here; skt 939 +3500

Finally, after months of RMA's and resorting to a POS Celeron, I have my A64 set up:

skt 939 +3500 130nm Newcastle
MSI K8N Neo2. Plat.
512mb PC3200 Patriot XBL
eVGA 6600GT AGP
400 Watt Rosewill PSU
XP Pro

After rubberbanding my 2.4 Celeron heatsink and a 80mm fan to my 6600gt, I OC'd with Coolbits to CPU: 550mHz Mem:1.06gHz, and that gets scores like so:

3dmark01: 18,490
3dmark03: 8,348
3dmark05: 3,279
Aquamark3: 51,814

Max CPU OC I've been able to pull was 11X215 at 1.55V, any more, and the lovely BSOD. Any way to get a better OC? I didn't buy XBL for nothin', so how can I push my RAM?

The stock AMD heatsink seems alright, with a copper base and aluminum fins, but it has a dinky 60mm fan. Has anyone modded it at all?

Drop the muilt and use a higher fsb will give you a better mem score instead of 11x215 use 9x260 or something. You may run into problem's when trying to max you system as I dont think your 400watter may be up to the job.

Yeah, I think the PSU is of lesser quality. It came with my Rosewill case, and the 12v rail is usually around 11.7, sometimes even 11.6. Recommend a good PSU?

I like my forton 530 but there is some better brand's out there that you will pay more for. Yea 11.6 is kinda low I hate seeing my amd xp system drop to 11.92 but then again that's me.

You can get a decent OC with that PSU but chances are you may see some stabilitiy issues thru-out you 24\7 day of playing with you pc.

With that kinda setup unless your cpu temp is really high I kinda dought it.

Meh. Can't pull 11x210 or 10x220 no matter what I do; maxxing out CPU VID and DDR VID doesn't help. Would flashing my bios to a newer version do anything?

May but I dont think it's going to help you PSu stabiltity problem. On a overclocked system 11.7 on the 12v rail isnt good.
