Do they all make from the same mold or do some add improvements and reliabilty? I am looking at GeForce FX types.
Thanks
Al

They are all the same in the end. However, the more expensive ones usually use better then stock cooling, and better componenets when building the PCB.

If followed to reference design the cards are good. So far only eVGA is notable on the consumer line.

Try to see if the card follows nV's reference design. If not it's like buying a non-BBA ATi chipset card.

What does that mean?

Im currently looking a a Albatron GeForce FX 5200 128 for $62. Is this a good Brand? Its for games like Diablo2 and Mirrowwind or W/E it is.

Im pretty sure all cards must follow reference standard at least before nVidia will let them put the card on the market.

Q149,
Does the Ti4200 have DVI out, that is the main reason for a new board?

You'd be surprised sometimes. Probably nVidia's biggest indirect fault. Their Quadro line is always followed to the dot. Mainstream still needs work even though nV revoked licenses from many manufacturers for this specific reason.
