Why are my temps so high even though i have good hardware?

also, what is the barb orientation for the heatercore? is the bigger barb the intel or is the smaller one the inlet? Right now, the 3/4" barb is inlet and the 5/8" the outlet...does it really matter?

UPDATE: (i think this calls for a new post!) i reinstalled everything and now my temps are 123. I'm waiting for the AS3 type material to settle in. I didnt put any AS5 on cause i couldnt find my tube But, it shouldnt make much of a difference.

UPDATE: i found out that the reason why the temps are high was because the springs might be bad and causing poor contact. i hope that once i get the WB, i can resume my need for speed
