I was looking for help on disabling the onboard video on my "Socket A Mainboard K7S0M+", I tried the manufacturer's site but it seems to be down.

I have tried looking/changing settings in BIOS but it is still eating up my RAM. I have 512 installed and it shows 480. I have been told it is due to the video and i may have to change some jumpers.

Thanks for any help.

Hmmmm, mine automatically detected the fact that there was a video card and made the switch. Do you have the motherboard set to search for a video card either in a AGP or PCI slot (depending on the board)? That could be it as well, good luck!

I got it figured out..it was in BIOS after all under "shared memory", i just had to set it to disable there.

Thanks
