yes it's definetly worth it
not only does 1004 support 400mhz fsb cpus(3200+) but it's also the best bios out there for overclock imo and others also believe this to be true

I hate to flash unless I see a real benefit. I recently switched and found 1004 to be more stable than 1002. I also gained 22 Mhz on my cpu OC.
