prime95 help...

hi,
i have jsut downloaded prime95 and i have read the help menu in there but i still dont know how to set it up?

i am not quite sure about the memory settings and other settings?

my pc is:
p4 2.8c
ocz gold 3700 2x256mb
asus p4c800
etc...

could some 1 tell me with the system i have what i should do to get this to work? what settings? etc...

1 more question how hot can intel p4's get before i should start to worry ?

also what is the max temp with stock cooling not OCed?

Prime95 should have an installer. Just run the installer, and
it should put an icon in your Program Group. Run Prime95,
go to Tools, and run Torture test.

At least that's how I remember it. I don't currently have it
installed, as I know what this machines limits are.

The stock temperature of a P4 depends on which P4, and the
ambient temps of the room it's running in.

But generally, under 50c assuming your motherboard is
reporting the temps correctly.
