AGP 8x Card on 4x Board?

Pretty simply, i'm looking to get a new graphics card and put in in my PC which has an Abit KR7A-133R, problem is specs say the board supports 4x, will I be okay putting an 8x card on this board.

Yes, you should be fine running an 8x card in a 4x board. Im running a Radeon 9800 PRO (8x card) in my KX7-333R (4x board).

9800 Pro is high end, comparatively speaking; another choice is 5600 Ultra, a good performer.

I'd stay away from the FX series, get 4200[oh wait, I did hehe ] over 5600U, personally I would get an ATI card: 9600pro or better.
