Need help w/Desktop Control Center

I'm loving my new Intel 865PERL, very stable indeed. However, how do I up the CPU speed? I know its not very OC-able, but it can be done. I'm not sure which values to change in the BIOS or Desktop Control utility.

You can only OC it by 4%.

It's in the BIOS under "burn in".
