CAN' T install Intel.Desktop.Control.Center.V1.0

I download the overclock tool-----intel.desktop.control center.v.1.0
however. I can't install it. just wonder why ?
my mobo is IC7-MAX3 .CPU IS 2.8C..
ANY REPLY IS appreciate!

Well....
Like you already said, your mobo has Abit bios not Intel.
