It's an Intel house board. Nothing much to tell, it is probably the most reliable choice you can make and it has a good feature set. But there are no overclocking options and the price is a little steep compared to an Abit or Asus board.

Yes no OC options. However you might be able to OC a little with this utility:

http://www.intel.com/design/motherbd/software/dcc/

Among other features, the D875PBZLK has an Intel Gigabit Ethernet controller on board with CSA. As BHD mentioned, it's a very stable board.
