A7N8X DLX R2 vs. A7N8X-E

I have an A7N8X DLX R2 running pretty Damm good. You can see my components in my sig. Has anyone pulled apart a nice running OC'd DLX R2 machine and put those same components on a -E board? If so did it run better or worse? I have an opportunity to sell my current board but I want to know if the newer board will run as good as or better than what I have now?
