Which would be the best to replace my tired old Samsung with 2x512 on dual channel?

That Mushkin looks to be a really good deal... if it overclocks well. Comments?

The mushkin looks fine but I would go for some PC3500 or 3700 mem so you can push the CPU some more and even transfer it to your next rig.

Would my old board even utilize the PC3500 well enough for me to notice a speed increase from PC3200 to PC3500?

if u are planning on running stock speed all 3 are fine. if u want to overclock u are gonna have to come up with a little more money for some stuff that will overclock well.
something that runs in the neighborhood of 240/250 with decent timings 1-1.. check here in the forums for some good ch5 ram that runs that speed. sometimes u can get a gig for 200.00. otherwise u are gonna have to pay around 220.00 minimum.
