What water block is this

The seller has it listed as an "AMD GPU" block. Looks like a chipset block but I can find nothing like it on the web. Anyone have it or have a clue what it is or fits???

right now i have 9 hours left on an e-bay auction for one of these... i hope i win it (i need a chipset block with very little restriction, and this is the best i've found so far)

i won mine for $15.50 + $7.95 shipping... stupid ebay UPS shipping calculator - it would've only cost $3.85 to mail it via priority, and maybe $1.50 via first class
