good ram?

i have about 100 bucks to spend on ram and is this the best thing i could get? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227031 i want some pretty fast ram that can overclock not AWESOME but wont hold me back if i just want to get my amd to say 2.3-2.4. thanks

will the heatsinks touch each other? someone said the ram was touching each other because of my motherboard.
