P4C800 Deluxe boot problems

Its wierd. I tried setting my cpu clock to stock (14X133) and it refused to boot, so i cleared the cmos, and it boots once, but it will only boot the time after i clear the cmos, never after that. I can get into windows, but it sets defaults (100X6). But only once, if i restart, I have to clear the cmos again...

any idea what the problem could be?

I am using the 1023ed P4C800-E bios. It worked fine for the 2 previous weeks.

Theres a new bios out, you could try that.
