do you take a screenshot of a movie? like a still image?

if i PRNTSCR using the keyboard it takes the whole video and puts it in photoshop. and i cant save the image it comes out black.

how do i take a screenshot of something moving (movies, flash, etc)

Usually the video player you are using will support a function like that. Look around in it's options.
