Corsair Cooling Hydro Series?

I have an AMD Phenom II x4 965 @ stock 3.4GHz. I'm using the stock cooler, but I'm sure some of you know they suck. They are loud and don't cool worth --yeah. I would like to hit 4.0GHz. Right now I idle at 99F, load I hit 110-115F. I'm looking for something relatively inexpensive, and low maintenance. It has good reviews, but I want to get a second opinion. Is this good for what I want or should I look for something else?

Read through the first two pages on this sub forum. There are at least 3-8 threads discussing the H50. You can make your decision, won't be hard. Also, on the front page Hokie did a great review of an H50.
