Gigabyte ud 7-sata 3 and graphics card bottleneck

Hi im thinking of buying a x58ud7 gigabyte s1366
with i7 980x and 2x gtx 480 in sli.
I m going also to use a sata 3 hd.

My question is.
Will there be a problem with the graphics card when using sata 3

I heard that when using sata 3 draws power from one of your graphics cards.
And as a result the 1st card works as x16 and the second as x8

Is that true with the x58 ud7 socket 1366 or happens only with motherboards
that have 1156 socket.
